2. Can I feel Secure buying from you?

Diamonds UK is a member of ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe), which is run by the e-retail industry body, IMRG, and is backed by the UK Government. The ISIS logo, whenever seen, guarantees that consumers can shop online safely and with confidence, because it certifies that the merchant has:

  • registered with the ISIS programme and has the responsibility to trade in a manner that is legal, decent, honest, truthful and fair;
  • had its web site and service reviewed and monitored by IMRG;
  • had its Business, VAT and Data Protection registrations checked by IMRG.

    In order to verify a merchant's ISIS certification, simply click on the ISIS logo - a new 'ISIS verification' page will open up confirming that specific merchant's certification.

Diamonds UK is a member of BJA The British Jewellers' Association. It is national trade association which promotes and protects the growth and prosperity of UK jewellery and silverware suppliers.  With over 700 member companies, BJA represents manufacturers, bullion suppliers, casting houses, diamond and gem dealers, designer jewellers, silversmiths, craftsmen and women, equipment suppliers, wholesalers, galleries, internet retailers and traders.

Diamond UK works with Barclaycard Merchant Services, which is one of Europe's largest acquirers and processors of plastic card transactions, enabling business customers to accept and process credit, debit and charge card transactions.

Barclaycard Business processes transactions from any card belonging to one of the major card schemes and operates the largest online, real time bank owned EFTPOS (Electronic Funds Transfer at the Point Of Sale) system in the UK.
