We quote 3-7 working days delivery time from the receipt of the payment. Please note that for certain items delivery might take us longer. If you do require an item at short notice, please make us aware of this when you place your order in the comments box at the checkout and we will endeavour to meet your requirements wherever possible - we will notify you immediately. The expected delivery date of your jewellery will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday - Friday).
We ship all orders below £100 with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders above £100 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees next day delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover of the goods ordered.
All packages that are sent require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local post office. The delivery service allows you to track your orders online - here.
Diamonds UK delivery service is FREE for all UK orders.
The P&P for EU orders is £8 and for USA orders - £10.
