In celebration of their second wedding anniversary, Mariah Carey and Cannon renewed their vows Friday at their Beverly Hills home in an elaborate ceremony.
Carey, 40, wore a veil and a lacey white dress while Cannon sported a dove-white suit as the duo exchanged rings to the sound of a string quartet.
The 29-year-old actor gave his wife a super-sweet treat for their second wedding anniversary during their private party in Los Angeles on Friday.
Nick Cannon has reportedly purchased a custom-made 'Ring Pop' made of white gold encrusted in white diamonds, and pink, sapphires.
This extravagant couple's candy ring, obsession is nothing new, however. When Cannon proposed to Carey in 2008, he reportedly disguised her diamond engagement ring in a Ring Pop candy wrapper.
In true Carey style, the diva wrote on her Twitter page, "So last night's wedding, vow renewal & small party was a SG… too many cameras (from close & far!) but it was beautiful. NC is the best: )."
She added later, "The festive moments continue Dahhlings! Sending LOVE to all the LAMBS in the land as always and happiness to everyone out there x."
"We get married every year! That's our thing. So it's going to be our third wedding this year. That's what we'll be doing on the actual [anniversary]… We'll do something, a party or event, just to celebrate," Cannon said.
In the past, Carey has promised to renew her wedding vows with Cannon every year. The duo tied the knot for the first time on the songstress' Bahamian estate, six weeks after they began dating.
